Over the last 15 years, I have worked in the engineering, automotive and aerospace industries for companies such as Daimler, MAN Truck & Bus, Airbus and Festo.

In my last position as Head of Industrial Engineering at Festo, I had the opportunity to lead a department of 120 engineers and technicians and to learn a lot about the current situation in the engineering process of production equipment.
